One-of-a-Kind & Custom Jewelry
I create two categories of jewelry:
Website items, which are unique, one-of-a-kind pieces available for immediate purchase
Custom and made-to-order items, which are created specifically for a client, either based on an existing design or fully customized
Returns & Exchanges
Website Items
Select website items may be returned or exchanged for store credit only, subject to the conditions below.
I must be notified within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery
The item must be shipped back within seven (7) calendar days of delivery
Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, and free from damage
Store credit will be issued only after the item is received and inspected.
Customized, Made-to-Order & Sale Items
Items that are customized in any way, including made-to-order and custom orders, and sale items are final sale.
These items are not eligible for return or exchange.
By placing an order for a customized or made-to-order piece, the client acknowledges that the item is created specifically for them and accepts all associated variations.

Be deemed ineligible for return or exchange, or

Some designs may allow minor resizing
Certain materials, patterns, or stone settings may limit or prevent resizing
Fees may apply depending on labor and materials
Please contact me prior to ordering if you are unsure of your size.
Third-Party Repairs
Any third-party repair or modification must be discussed and approved in advance. I am not responsible for damage caused by unauthorized third-party services, and such work may void any guarantees.
Jewelry Care
Fine jewelry should be handled with care.
Remove jewelry during physical activity, sleep, or household tasks
Avoid pressure on delicate stones such as diamond slices
Pearls and opals are particularly soft and should be worn gently
To clean most pieces:
Use warm water, mild chemical-free soap, and a soft toothbrush
Do not submerge pieces with closed-back translucent stones
Avoid contact with lotions, oils, and creams
Proper care will preserve the beauty and longevity of your jewelry.
