One-of-a-Kind & Custom Jewelry

I create two categories of jewelry:

  • Website items, which are unique, one-of-a-kind pieces available for immediate purchase

  • Custom and made-to-order items, which are created specifically for a client, either based on an existing design or fully customized

Returns & Exchanges

Website Items

Select website items may be returned or exchanged for store credit only, subject to the conditions below.

  • I must be notified within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery

  • The item must be shipped back within seven (7) calendar days of delivery

  • Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, and free from damage

Store credit will be issued only after the item is received and inspected.

Customized, Made-to-Order & Sale Items

Items that are customized in any way, including made-to-order and custom orders, and sale items are final sale.
These items are not eligible for return or exchange.

By placing an order for a customized or made-to-order piece, the client acknowledges that the item is created specifically for them and accepts all associated variations.

Condition & Eligibility

Jewelry that shows signs of wear, improper handling, accidental damage, or improper storage may:

  • Be deemed ineligible for return or exchange, or

  • Be accepted subject to a repair or restocking fee, at my discretion

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Requests to modify or cancel a custom order must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase. Once production has begun on customized orders, orders may not be changed,  canceled. or refunded.

Production Timeline

Each piece is fabricated individually.

  • Made-to-order items: approximately 4–6 weeks

  • Highly customized or complex custom orders: approximately 6–10 weeks

All timelines are estimates and may vary due to design complexity, material availability, or seasonal demand. I am not responsible for delays beyond my control. If delivery by a specific date is required, please contact me before placing an order.

Shipping

  • Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx

  • Express and overnight shipping options are available at checkout

  • All shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery

Signature requirements cannot be waived.

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Insured Delivery & Risk of Loss

All shipments are insured for their full retail value. Responsibility for the package transfers to the customer once the carrier confirms delivery. I am not responsible for delays, loss, or theft once a shipment is marked delivered.

Quality Guarantee

I guarantee my work against manufacturing defects for one (1) year from the delivery date, provided the jewelry has been worn under normal conditions.

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper use or storage

  • Accidental damage

  • Stone loss due to impact

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

In the event of a verified manufacturing defect, I will repair or replace the item at my discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Due to the nature of handcrafted jewelry, natural variations in materials, texture, and finish are inherent and are not considered defects.

Repairs & Maintenance

Repairs not related to manufacturing defects may incur:

  • A $200 repair fee

  • Cost of materials

  • Shipping charges

Examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Ring resizing

  • Bent or broken components

  • Chain damage

  • Stone loss from wear or impact

As a courtesy, damage reported within 48 hours of delivery may be repaired without labor charge. Shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

All repairs must be authorized prior to shipment.

Ring Sizing

Clients are responsible for confirming correct ring size prior to ordering.

  • Some designs may allow minor resizing

  • Certain materials, patterns, or stone settings may limit or prevent resizing

  • Fees may apply depending on labor and materials

Please contact me prior to ordering if you are unsure of your size.

Third-Party Repairs

Any third-party repair or modification must be discussed and approved in advance. I am not responsible for damage caused by unauthorized third-party services, and such work may void any guarantees.

Jewelry Care

Fine jewelry should be handled with care.

  • Remove jewelry during physical activity, sleep, or household tasks

  • Avoid pressure on delicate stones such as diamond slices

  • Pearls and opals are particularly soft and should be worn gently

To clean most pieces:

  • Use warm water, mild chemical-free soap, and a soft toothbrush

  • Do not submerge pieces with closed-back translucent stones

  • Avoid contact with lotions, oils, and creams

Proper care will preserve the beauty and longevity of your jewelry.
